Abstract: Science research is pushing our knowledge and enabling us to tweak our recipes to improve athlete performance.

Our intention with the research study is to identify the benefits an performance gains using AG1for athletes. There were more than #20 professional athletes that we monitored for 2months in and out of their race season. Observations were made using validated scientific monitoring tools for registering;
